I’ve been dealing with this company long time. No Problems. Just opposite. Great Service. Just wanted add. In this cold weather I’ve had few Crickets arrive a lot times looking dead. Once I warmed them up weirdly came back to life.Just something to Consider when opening in Cold Weather! I do want say even this is rare,they use heat pouches.I’m in a two day delivery and I rarely find even one dead one out 1000. Thank You Jack for all you do! They make my life a lot easier lol

I’ve ordered from Crickets and Worms many times and my superworms always come alive and on time. I had a problem with one of my orders and it was immediately corrected. Great business as always.
All were alive an jumping around, cricket seem to be well fed an watered. They are still alive today. I’m so happy that I’m getting good crickets now an don’t have to go buy them every two days thank you guys for the very healthy crickets.
