I’ve been dealing with this company long time. No Problems. Just opposite. Great Service. Just wanted add. In this cold weather I’ve had few Crickets arrive a lot times looking dead. Once I warmed them up weirdly came back to life.Just something to Consider when opening in Cold Weather! I do want say even this is rare,they use heat pouches.I’m in a two day delivery and I rarely find even one dead one out 1000. Thank You Jack for all you do! They make my life a lot easier lol
